Social Media Calendar: Your Guide to Content Creation
Does social media overwhelm you? You are not alone. Most of my clients are so busy running the day to day opersations of their company that the thought of posting to social media every day seems a daunting task. That is why I have created this Sample Social Media Content Calendar to help my clients plan out their posts. I recommend setting aside a couple of hours at the beginning of the month to plan out your posts for the entire month.
Once you know what you are going to write about creating the posts become less onerous. Because who knows your business better than you?
It takes time, but posting consistently and educating and informing your prospective customers builds know, like & trust. Over time that builds a loyal following and keeps you at the top of the list whey they are ready to purchase.

Every content calendar is different. Use the suggestions in the calendar or create your own custom topics. Add your regular to-do list to the calendar as well to keep tabs on web content updates and track projects.

How can I Post to All at Once?
There are several social media content managers on the market. Find the one that works for you and be prepared to pay a monthy feel. Normally, it’s under $30/mo. and well worth every penny in time saved.
I highly recommend a content manager that includes Google My Business (GMB). GMB is the best way to get found on the Internet. And if you optimize all of your posts for search engines (see my video on Web Spiders: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzyrAar53IE) you increase your chances of being found.
How to Use the Social Media Calendar Template to Plan Your Content Schedule
You can promote the same content across all platforms, but keep in mind that each social media platform has different format requirements. I recommend finding a guide on the Internet and creating templates for each platform you use.
You will also want to add uncalendared updates during the month, such as, breaking news, or a new customer testimonial. Planning out your monthly calendar is a huge time saver, but you will still need to monitor your followers reactions. Be sure to sign on a couple of times a day to check for udates and to respond in a timely manner.
